I did not have an appointment and walked into Town Fair Tire today. I asked an employee, Mary, if I could have my tires rotated. Her customer service was amazing. She said that they could do it right away. In life you never know what is going on in someone's life. Her helpful, kind and "I got it" service/personality made life a bit easier for me today. As a Chief HR Officer for an organization, I can say with certainty that Mary has very strong interpersonal skills and is an asset to Town Fair Tire. Thank you, Mary....

I would like to express my appreciation to Mike and the team at Town Fair Tire at Rocky Hill for their dedication and the hard work on replacing my tire on my toyota camry yesterday at the last minute. I understand that staying late at work after hours isn't easy. I was completely impressed with Mike's professionalism and customer service.
